Riekert Hattingh

Riekert Hattingh, a foundational member of the Seattle Seawolves, joined the team during its inaugural 2018 season and has been a force at the 8-man position ever since. A product of South Africa’s renowned Blue Bulls Rugby program, Riekert honed his skills through the U16, U19, and U21 levels before breaking into the Currie Cup squad in 2016. Known for his physicality and versatility in open play and lineouts, Riekert has consistently delivered dominant performances. Off the pitch, he enjoys golf, wake surfing, and real estate development. He also supports World Vision, embodying his commitment to making an impact both on and off the field.
