Devin Short serves as Director of Youth & Community Programming for Seattle Seawolves Rugby, leading initiatives that grow the game and connect the club with the local community.
Short brings a unique perspective as a current and former professional player, using his experience to help develop the next generation of rugby athletes. He focuses on building youth programs, community outreach, and pathways that introduce new players to the sport while strengthening engagement across the Pacific Northwest.
Before transitioning into this role, Short built a strong professional playing career in Major League Rugby with teams including the San Diego Legion and NOLA Gold, where he earned Forward of the Year honors. His athletic background and leadership on the pitch now translate into impactful work off the field.
With the Seawolves, Short plays a key role in expanding rugby participation, developing young talent, and strengthening the connection between the club and its community.
