Liam Needham serves as Partnerships – Account Manager for Seattle Seawolves Rugby, supporting corporate partnerships and business operations.
Needham brings an international background in sports business, with experience in sponsorship, client management, and business development. He earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Bath and completed an MSc in Management at Imperial College London, where he graduated with distinction and was named to the Dean’s List.
During his time at Sid Lee, a global creative agency, he worked across major international sporting events, contributing to projects with VISA at the Paris 2024 Olympics and Lidl at the UEFA European Championships. He also supported strategic pitches, including work tied to the UEFA Champions League.
With the Seawolves, Needham focuses on delivering value for partners, managing relationships, and supporting the club’s continued growth. A lifelong rugby player, he brings both passion for the sport and a strong business mindset to the organization.
